Utilising the latest 3D parametric modelling tools to give a virtual digital representation of design intent.
Shown here are 3D models that have been created using parametric modelling techniques, in both Civil and Mechanical Engineering.
Above is showing a typical HVAC layout in a building
To the left is a design used on the Class 144 Evolution demonstration rolling stock, to incorporate latest regulations relating to persons of impaired mobility access to passenger carrying trains.
Parametrics enable swift amendments to the model as the design progresses.
Models can be linked to Engineering drawings and updated when the model changes.
Photo-realistic images can be created using the models
To the right is an image, again taken from the Class 144 Evolution train, showing the concept of an integral ramp to enable embarkation of wheelchair users. This was modelled using Dassault’s SolidWorks CAD software in conjunction with Lloyds Register Rail.
We are able to 3D print models using 3rd party suppliers for prototype evaluation.
